Oliver Shuster is an artist-illustrator and writer working in pen and ink, oil and acrylic. He earned a bachelor of medical sciences before changing track. For over three years, he lived and worked in the George, a creative community in East London where he was involved in staging events of music, art, theatre and community. He was an artist in residence and part of the core build team of the Tree house gallery, which ran free events in Regent's park over the summer of 2009. As an authorial illustrator, he has produced scores of illustrated pamphlets, an illustrated book of poetry, an illustrated handwritten book and, most recently, an illustrated novella available in part on this site.
As an illustrator, Oliver has produced posters, production storyboards for short films and book illustrations. He is always interested in working with good people on interesting projects. He is also always happy to receive commissions for new work.
Giclee prints of any work on this site are available on request and hard copies of 'Recalling the Invisible…' in the not-too-distant future.
